Information we collect
Mitrend Accounting Services collects information you choose to send by phone, email or enquiry form so we can respond to enquiries, scope services, prepare document lists and support agreed work.
Information may include contact details, company details, IDs, registration numbers, bank statements, invoices, payroll inputs, ownership information and documents needed for the service requested.
How we use personal information
Personal information is used only for enquiry handling, service delivery, compliance administration, records, security and communication. It is not sold. Access is limited to people who need it for the agreed workflow.
Storage, retention and security
Information is stored only for as long as reasonably required for service delivery, recordkeeping and legal compliance. Access controls are applied based on role and workflow, and unnecessary sharing is avoided.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information where legally appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for compliance, audit trail or dispute-resolution purposes.
