Professional boundaries and sign-off
No audit, independent review, legal advice, tax opinion or tax practitioner sign-off is included unless separately agreed with the appropriate registered professional.
Partner overflow terms
Partner overflow support protects partner client ownership by default. Direct client communication, white-label requirements and sign-off responsibilities must be agreed in writing.
Scope confirmation
Final scope, deliverables, turnaround and pricing are confirmed in writing before work starts. If project assumptions change, scope and pricing may be updated by agreement.
